Maluhia at Wailea is an exclusive gated oceanfront residential resort
subdivision in Wailea, Maui, Hawaii, and is the only oceanfront property in the

parcel was originally slated for development as a hotel, but PRM saw an
opportunity to create a world class residential community which makes best use
