This former vacant warehouse on the Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts was converted to a spectacular commercial research facility for the biotechnology industry. Purchased in 1995, the original 56,000 square feet was gutted and redeveloped with an additional two floors added to the structure. The building was leased on a long-term basis by Pfizer Corporation as a primary research center on completion, and later sold to a REIT in 1998. |
